Copyright

Copyright law is a piece of shit squeezed out of the corrupt assholes of capitalists.

If I steal someone else's premium font and use it on my website, if I steal someone else's video and upload it to my own channel, or if I shamelessly plagiarize someone else's work — that's terrible. And I deserve to be punished for it.

But it's a completely different story when I restore works by deceased artists free of charge. In that case, I'm arguably doing more actual work than the parasites sitting on the master copies, who apparently can't afford to make a transfer from them and hire an engineer to handle the post-processing. You know, to produce one of those so-called REMASTERED 2027 editions. A proper, professionally released edition, mind you, not just some miserable upload to a bottom-of-the-barrel YouTube channel.

And unlike you parasites, I haven't deprived the Tharpe family of their income, allowed one of their members to be buried in an unmarked grave, or even managed to lose master transfers in a fire caused by the brilliant decision to hand a blowtorch to a bunch of ham-fisted apes.

Looking at how these parasites behave, there's only one thing I feel like saying: everything* we create is absolutely free for both personal and commercial use.

There's only one condition: don't claim our work as your own, and give us proper credit by mentioning our umbrella brand — Tsu Hodo Dan.

However, we retain full copyright over every single work we have ever created. Think of us as ZUN, just without the awesome media franchise. The copyright is there, but we couldn't give less of a shit about it.
